Thanks, thanks, thanks, for making such a delicious, nutritious, HEALTHY product with no 'junk' added!  I picked up a box of your mix when I was visiting family in Seattle (partly because I was born in Kodiak, AK, and partly because of the short ingredient list), and now I need to get busy finding out if they're available locally (Twin Cities)!  I love their ease of preparation, but more to the point I love that they're good for us.  I'm about to check out the other recipe ideas, but I want to say to anybody considering buying Kodiak Cakes: DO IT.  You won't be sorry!

I am so grateful for your flapjacks mix...I can have pancakes again!  I am diabetic and the overly processed white flour based mixes raise my blood sugars too much...but NOT your flapjack mix.  I have been told by my doctor that whole grains with more fiber are better for my blood sugars and your flapjacks fit the bill!  And what's even better, I don't even miss those flimsy pancakes now that I have something even BETTER!  Even my husband and two teenage sons all prefer your flapjacks (and I feel better serving everyone something healthier).  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

What a wonderful brownie!!!  It was great to find a healthy alternative to eating baked goods that tasted like sawdust or not eating at all.  I have a batch in the oven as I write this and they smell divine.  Thank you for this great product.

As I enjoyed your Kodiak Cakes this morning, it brought back memories of an adventure that I once had up in the “Great Land.”  While up in Denali Park, I walked over to a replica of the legendary “Cook Shack.”  This is the rustic log cabin which served the sourdoughs who were the original men and women who went up to the Yukon during the gold rush days.  I walked in over a gravel stone floor into a rustic wood shack.  The cooks, wearing red checked lumbermen’s jackets, were working the sizzling griddles.  Yes, you can smell the Yukon flapjacks can’t you?  All this with the scenery of the “Great Land” surrounding you.  Thanks for the memoires.

Hello Kodiak Cakes, my husband and I just moved back from Washington to Rhode Island.  While we were living there we discovered your Kodiak Cakes and have never found such a good, yummy mix as yours in all of our travels.  We especially like to eat flapjacks when we are telemark skiing and kayaking.  We stocked up on Kodiak Cakes mix before leaving but sadly we ate so many driving across country that we are now down to our last cup of mix.  While Joe was nervously pouring last weekend’s batch, calculating the dwindling supply and being careful not to spill any, I figured that it was time to write…We have enjoyed eating your flapjacks.  Joe likes his extra fat and I like mine quite small and crispy.  They keep us going all day.  We could eat them forever.

My local grocery market just introduced your flapjack/waffle mix.  Here in the Pacific Northwest, it’s nice to have a tasty hot breakfast.  My husband and I loved them.  We’re hooked.  After having them for breakfast, later that day when I asked my husband what he would like for dinner, he replied, “Kodiak Cakes!”
