Kodiak Kitchen's Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
4 C Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix®
4 eggs
5 large ripe bananas
1/2 C butter (softened)
1/2 C apple sauce
2 C brown sugar
1 C coarsely broken walnuts (optional)

Directions
In large bowl, beat eggs until thick; add bananas and beat until smooth. In second bowl, cream together butter, apple sauce and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg-banana mixture. Add Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix® to creamed mixture. Bake in two well-greased 8 1/2 x 41/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans at 300o F for seventy-five minutes or until bread tests done. Cool 10 minutes; turn out onto racks to cool.
