Ingredients
2 C pumpkin
2 eggs
1 T vanilla
1/2 C butter
1 1/2 C brown sugar
Stir together and then add dry ingredients:
3 C Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix®
2 t cinnamon
1/4 t ground cloves (optional)
1/2 t nutmeg (optional)
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Stir, place about 3 tablespoons of dough on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake cookies in a pre-heated oven at 350o F for about 7 minutes.
