Ingredients
2 C Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix®
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1 C butter (softened)
1 large egg
2 t vanilla
4 oz chopped pecans
(approximately 1 C)
1/2 package chocolate chips
Directions
Beat sugar, butter, egg and vanilla in large bowl until smooth. Blend in Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix®. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Transfer batter into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Level with rubeer spatula as needed. Bake in center of oven at 300o F for thirty-five to forty-five minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (but center is still soft). Cool on rack until room temperature. Cut into 1 x 2 inch bars.
