Ingredients
1 3/4 C Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix®
1 C quick oats
1/2 package of chocolate chips
3/4 C butter (softened)
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
Directions
Mix butter, sugar, vanilla and egg until smooth. Blend the quick oats and Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix®, then add to the sugar and butter mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips. Bake at 350o F for six to eight minutes.
