Ingredients
1 C Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix®
1/4 C + 1 T water
Directions
Mix ingredients together (dough will be quite sticky). Separate the dough into two halves. Sprinkle plenty of Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix® on each half and onto a cutting board. Place dough on board and, with fingers, flatten each piece until about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inch thick. Fry at medium-high heat in about 1/4 inch of oil in frying pan until golden brown on both sides. Serve with butter and honey. To serve as a Navajo Taco, top with seasoned ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, chopped olive, sour cream and/or salsa.
