Ingredients
2 C Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix®
1 C milk
3/4 C brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 C apple sauce
3/4 C cooked pumpkin
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t Allspice
1/2 t ginger
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and blend until smooth. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at
350o F for fifteen to twenty minutes or until golden brown.
