A: Strawberries, whipped cream and raspberry syrup.

A: My piece of crap 1979 Honda dirt bike, Horatio Hornblower movies, good Thai Food.

Q: What is the coolest, yet most useless thing you own?
A: My Driza Bone oilskin riding jacket from Australia. Had it for 20 years. Never worn it.

Q: What is the best sandwich, and what are the ingredients to make it?
A: Tough to beat a BBQ pulled pork on a crusty bun. 2nd choice is a Philly w/ lots of peppers and onions. You didn’t say it had to be healthy.

Q: Why do you work for Kodiak Cakes?
A: I have loved the crazy experience of building a small business from the ground. It has been way tougher than I would have ever expected but also extremely rewarding.

A: Peanut Butter and Jelly! Get some good peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) with homemade raspberry huckleberry jam. Always add extra jam. Always!

A: Eat as many Pancakes as you can. If I can eat 7 and ¼ so can you!

A: Why people love the Kardashians, Greys Anatomy, and Soap Operas. (Is it weird that those are my wife’s favorite shows?)

A: Using Thanksgiving turkey the next day for a sandwich is the best.

A: Kodiak Cakes has such an amazing culture that brings out the best in its employees. They are focused on leveraging the abilities of their employees to improve their own business and in turn improving the employee. I find a great deal of satisfaction putting a quality product on the shelves and promoting such an awesome culture.

A: Plain greek yogurt.

Q: What is the coolest, yet most useless thing you own?
A: An autographed picture of Al Gore. But if I hold onto it long enough it will be worth tens of dollars!

Q: If inanimate objects yelled their own name every time you used them, which would be the most annoying?
A: I think a car yelling “CAR” would be the worst. I would never, ever road trip again.

Q: What is your favorite unsolved mystery?
A: I recently heard about the Dyatlov Pass incident of 1959. That’s a great one. I pick that.

A: For all the free Kodiak Cakes and office supplies. …Wha? We don’t get that stuff for free? Let’s move on.

A: You are such an enthusiastic and supportive group of people. It means the world to us!

Q: What is your favorite pancake topping?
A: Small mammals. Just kidding! It’s honey. I’m a civilized creature, not a complete wild animal, you guys.

Q: What are 3 things you can’t live without?
A: I’m contractually obligated to give ‘Kodiak Cakes’ as my answer, three times.

Q: What is the coolest, yet most useless thing you own?
A: I have this great pair of skis I bought on sale once. I did not stop to think that I’ll never get to use them because of the winter hibernation thing, and everyone knows how hard it is to return something you bought on sale. Useless.

Q: What is the best sandwich, and what are the ingredients to make it?
A: I make a mean sandwich. All you need are some roasted red peppers, a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar, a pinch salt, chopped arugula, and grilled squirrel.

A: Because the folks here at Kodiak Cakes think I’m hilarious! Seriously, they can’t get enough of my shenanigans.They got me on video here.
