Kodiak Cakes' boxed mix is made from 100 percent whole grains, honey, egg whites, and milk-without all the sugar, shortening and cholesterol that many other mixes have. By some magical method, Kodiak has created a pancake mix that is whole grain, yet is light and fluffy, tastes great. All you do is add water-what a convenience.
