Frontier Flapjack and Waffle Mix – Whole Wheat Oat and Honey
This Flapjack & Waffle Mix was our very first product. Launched in 1995, this mix was based on an old family recipe (see about us for a more detailed history of our company). With no added fat, sugar or cholesterol, you’ll be amazed at how light and tasty these add-water-only flapjacks are.
Ingredients: 100% whole grain wheat flour, 100% whole grain oat flour, non-fat dry milk, dry honey (honey, wheat starch), leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), egg whites, salt. Just add water.

Frontier Flapjack and Waffle Mix – Buttermilk & Honey
Our new Buttermilk & Honey Flapjack & Waffle Mix contains the same grains and honey as the original flapjack mix, but is made with non-fat sweet cream buttermilk with a hint of vanilla. Also, no added fat, sugar or cholesterol and all you do is add water.
Ingredients: 100% whole grain wheat flour, 100% whole grain oat flour, non-fat sweet cream buttermilk, dry honey (honey, wheat starch), leavening (sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), egg whites, salt. Just add water.

Introduced in 2006, Big Bear Brownie Mix is an incredible tasting double chocolate brownie mix that is known for its rich chocolate taste that brownie lovers crave. You won’t believe this mix is made from 100% whole wheat flour and all natural ingredients.
Ingredients: crystallized cane juice, 100% whole grain wheat flour, all natural dark chocolate chips (crystallized cane juice, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (added as an emulsifier), vanilla), natural cocoa, natural vanilla, salt, leavening (sodium, acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, and monocalcium phosphate), vital wheat gluten. Add 2 eggs, 1 stick butter, 2 TBS oil, 2 TBS water.
