2 C Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix®
1 C milk
3/4 C brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 C apple sauce
3/4 C cooked pumpkin
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t allspice
1/2 t ginger

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and blend until smooth.  Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.  Bake at 350 F for fifteen to twenty minutes or until golden brown.
